PRIVACY POLICY
In the event a minimum of 3,000 tickets are not sold by April 4, 2008, the committee reserves the right to withdraw the prizes not awarded and pay 50% of the net proceeds up to $100,000 to one winner.

Each winner is responsible for all taxes incurred and must claim possession of the prize by June 5, 2008 or forfeit their prize.

Motorcycle winner must pay freight and delivery. Taxes must be paid prior to delivery.

Must be 21 years of age to purchase and/or sell this ticket. Winners need not be present to win at either drawing.
